COVID-19 UPDATE

Due to the Covid pandemic, there are few changes to our current booking policies. In the face of ever-changing circumstances, we want to ensure your family surfing holiday is risk free, by taking the following measures on current bookings until the global travel industry is more stable:

Accommodation: We will confirm your accommodation without taking any deposit or balance payment until between 14-30 days before travel. This way we can get the very latest information on local lockdowns and other potential disruption before taking any money from you.

Flights and sundry: We will continue to offer quotations for flights and transfers if required; however, we will protect you from rescheduling fees as much as possible, by not booking these until we are certain that your holiday is going ahead. This does mean that quotation prices may fluctuate, but we will monitor your booking closely, and as soon as it is safe to confirm and book, we will inform you and adjust the quotation accordingly.

Surfing lessons: We will not take pre-payment for surfing lessons and other activities. We will pre-organise and quote you for your surfing lessons, skateboarding and any other activities you would like included, then we will ask you to pay for these on arrival at your destination. Again this protects your money in the event of any disruption to your holiday.

Insurance: To reassure you that your holiday is as risk free as possible, we have joined forces with the best family sports and leisure travel insurance on the market, which also covers you in the event of a pandemic, further lockdowns and any disruption to your travel plans. If your holiday booking is affected by the global pandemic and travel restrictions we will contact you directly and make the process and smooth as possible. Your holiday is 100% financially guaranteed, the safety and welfare of our guests is our highest priority, and all of our partners are adhering to strict guidelines as they re-open.

We advise all of our guests to ensure that they have a travel insurance policy in place, and to check the status of this cover in the event of trip cancellation.

If you are currently worried about the timing of your holiday and would like to reschedule your booking to a later date, please get in touch. Unless a travel ban has been declared for the dates of your holiday, all amendments will be subject to airline and accommodation amendment fees if applicable.
