Sister to Noah Surf House, they’re part of a playful eco-retreat where kids roam free and barefoot adventures unfold around trampolines, a go-kart track, bikes, tepees and fire pits.
At the heart of it all is reconnection – with yourself, with nature, with each other. While children play, grown-ups can unwind, recharge in the spa, or join yoga in a tent tucked beneath the pines. - Getting here: 1hr drive from Lisbon International Airport (LIS)
- Getting around: The most convenient way to travel from the airport is by hire car, and this also allows you to explore the region easily during your stay. Alternatively, Areias Do Seixo can organise a private transfer.
- Family friendly: All ages welcome and well catered for. However, please note that the outdoor pool is unfenced, and some areas are connected via floating staircases.
- Surf level: Waves for all levels, from beginners to experts.
- Other activities: Yoga, SUP, cycling, hiking, spa, kart track, games, garden and art workhshops, and trampolines.

- Surf lessons are arranged through Noah Surf House in Santa Cruz (ages 13+).
- All equipment and wetsuits are provided.
- Sessions usually take place at Santa Cruz beach. However, depending on conditions and skill level, they may be taught in different places along the West Coast, with transport provided.
- Each session lasts 4 hours, from setting off to coming back. When it is necessary to travel to another beach outside Santa Cruz, the activity can last up to 5 hours.
- The area around Santa Cruz and Peniche has many options for surfing, so there is always somewhere to surf nearby, no matter the surf conditions.

There are three restaurants onsite:
- Semear Restaurant: creative, organic, and authentic. Here we cook with natural, seasonal and local ingredients – including flowers, bulbs, roots, vegetables and herbs of from the garden.
- Garden Bistro: where the restaurant and vegetable garden blend as one, serving seasonal dishes rooted in the rhythm of nature and shared with love.
- There is also a six-course tasting menu served at Dinner: the door to the gastronomic delights of our land, where the fresh, natural flavours of each season are passionately intertwined with the roots of Mediterranean cuisine.
- Picnic and barbecue baskets are available to enjoy on the beach, dunes and around the firepit.
- If you're eating in, vegetable baskets, barbecue baskets and sushi delivery are available. Or why not go all out with a freshly prepared dinner delivered to your villa?
- There are two restaurants at Noah Surf House.
- Hire bikes and explore the coastline and villages.
- Hire skateboards and hit the rooftop skatepark at Noah Surf House.
- Enjoy a guided trek into the surrounding countryside (designed for ages 13+).
- Feel dwarfed by nature when you visit the viewpoint of Miradouro de Santa Helena.
- Wait for low tide and walk beneath the huge rock arch of Penedo do Guincho.
- Take an hour’s drive to Nazaré to watch the big-wave surfers take on the ocean’s giants.
- Explore the hilltop city of Sintra, with its fairytale landscape of parkland, castles, palaces and cobbled streets.
